Honest Communications chosen by the IOG
The IOG has appointed Honest Communications to help raise the organisation’s profile to independent schools by handling its public relations.
The IOG’s vision is to “promote quality surfaces through excellence in grounds management and to establish the IOG as the ‘leading professional organisation for grounds management”. It already provides excellent member benefits and services to many independent schools and is looking to enhance its activity in the sector, which is why it has joined forces with Honest Communications.
Holly Daulby, owner of Honest Communications, said: “The IOG carry out some fantastic, industry-endorsed work to ensure that sports turf standards remain high in all sectors of groundsmanship. I’m thrilled the IOG has chosen Honest to help raise its profile in the independent school sector. I will be helping to promote the extensive benefits of IOG membership to potential newcomers and extend relations with existing members too.”
Commenting on the new relationship, IOG head of member services Karen Maxwell said: “We’re looking forward to working with Holly to help us get greater reach into independent school audiences and to build on the good initiatives and relationships that we have already created in this sector.”
Honest Communications was formed in November 2018 by Holly Daulby who has a communications background of working within the horticultural, grounds and turf care industry.
