A Sneak Preview Of New John Deere 9009A Mower
John Deere gave invited guests a preview of the 9009A TerrainCut Rough Mower and Turf Business can provide a look at the upcoming 9009A TerrainCut Rough Mower after seeing the machine up close last week, ahead of its official 2016 release.
Presented at the John Deere Forum in Mannheim, Germany, the wide-area mower boasts an impressive 9ft cutting width, achieved with five independent rotary decks measuring 27” each. In addition, the mower combines intuitive, user-friendly operating features and smart technology for consistent, even results.
Built with a lightweight frame to reduce compaction and stress on the turf, the 9009A was designed to place operators squarely in control of course conditions and performance.
Adjustments to the height of cut can be made without any additional tools, while the rear deck design makes it easier to achieve a clean, even cut. In-built technology such as the TechControl display enables operators to have better control when using the mower, and also offers onboard diagnostics and quick alerts to any issues pertaining to maintenance.
The 9009A joins the 7400A and 8800A TerrainCut Mowers, models that have already proved successful throughout the golf industry thanks to the superior cut quality and ease of use.
The 9009A TerrainCut Rough Mower is officially slated for release in January, at the BTME 2016 show in Harrogate.
