Ransomes Jacobsen’s distributor for Spain, Green Mowers, has recently delivered a fairway mower and a fine cut rotary mower to Saldaña Golf and Resort, which is currently under construction 8 km from Burgos in Northern Spain.

The resort, when complete, will feature 750 residential homes, an 18-hole course with clubhouse, an hotel, a sports club, a small shopping mall and a church. Growing in at the course is progressing well; with 9 holes complete and initial mowing in progress using a Jacobsen LF3400 on the fairways and a Jacobsen AR250 for the semi-rough.

Head greenkeeper Martín Gil, will take delivery of the remaining course maintenance equipment towards the end of the year, having signed a preferred supplier agreement with Green Mowers.
