AriensCo consolidates processes in new platform

AriensCo consolidates processes in new platform

20 Apr 2026

Dealers often work with several parallel systems. Different logins, scattered data and a lack of integration make it difficult to access key information and waste time in day-to-day operations. AriensCo has responded to this by developing the ExPort dealer platform. It brings together previously separate systems and provides centralised access to all key AriensCo processes and information.

Previously, sales partners used different platforms, for example for spare parts orders, marketing materials and training. This created additional work and hindered the consistent use of digital services. With ExPort, AriensCo now consolidates all systems into a single platform.

Via a central login, all dealers can access account details, orders, invoices, equipment information, as well as warranty and service processes. The platform combines applications such as the ordering and information system, media portal and learning platform into a unified environment. Key tasks such as maintaining contact details, registering machines, and submitting warranty claims and service requests can be handled directly and across all systems.

Centralised and clearly structured working environment

Dealers gain clearly structured access to all relevant information and processes. Queries are reduced, workflows are accelerated, and the day-to-day workload is noticeably eased. At the same time, this frees up capacity for targeted support with more complex issues.

With ExPort, AriensCo is clearly positioning itself as a customer-focused company. At its heart is a modern service process that simplifies workflows and makes collaboration with sales partners more efficient. At the same time, the platform lays the foundation for further digital development within the dealer network.

“The biggest hurdle in a dealer’s day-to-day work is not a lack of information, but access to it. Too many systems, too many logins. With ExPort, we bring everything together and create a central, clearly structured working environment for our sales partners,” says Georg-Otto Fuchs, Senior Vice President R&D, Product Management & Marketing – EMEAA, summarising the benefits of the new dealer platform.
