Skilled Greenkeeper
About The Role
LCFC are pleased to be recruiting for a Skilled Greenkeeper, responsible for carrying out a variety of tasks to maintain the golf course at the King Power Performance Centre to the highest possible standards. This role involves performing specialized turf care and maintenance activities, operating machinery, and ensuring that all areas of the course are in excellent condition for golfers. The Skilled Greenkeeper plays a key role in the day-to-day operations and supports the Head Greenkeeper in delivering a top-quality playing environment.
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have significant experience of working within a greenkeeping or sports turf role within a professional sports environment and will bring knowledge and expertise in areas that include general sports turf maintenance / care, pest management and irrigation.
Main objectives of the role include;
-Golf course maintenance and care, including both routine and specialised duties such as mowing, aeration, scarification, topdressing and overseeding.
-Machinery operation and maintenance, including mowers, tractors, aerators and sprayers.
-Health & Safety compliance with Club regulations and standard operating procedures.

Essential criteria;

Desirable criteria;
-Minimum 2 years of experience in Greenkeeping or Sports Turf management.
-A diploma or certification in sports turf management, horticulture, or another related field.
