And just like that, the seventh Turf Business Summit has come to a close. 2025 saw the largest ever delegate pool visit Berlin for three days of professional networking, focus groups and a site tour of the historic Olympiastadion.

Like every year, the attendees enjoyed a packed agenda of up to date industry issues, focusing on three main industry pillars: people, performance & planet. The event unites all sectors of the industry, with professionals from golf sharing experiences with those from football and cricket, and the education sector also being represented.

Over the coming months Turf Business will share the outcomes of the Summit, with the hope of bringing new industry wide initiatives to light over the next year. Like every year the delegates commit to improving the industry and bringing meaningful change. Previous initiatives that have been conceptualised at Summit events include The BRADS, The Education Sector Knowledge Lab and the newly launched Elevate Leadership in partnership with Myerscough College.

The Turf Business Summit is the pinnacle of a year long campaign, including two focus groups and the State of The Nation survey focused on assessing the industry year on year and identifying new industry issues as well as finding the patterns and ongoing trends when discussing the opportunities and challenges the industry is facing. The Summit and pre Summit events build in stature every year, and we look forward to bringing it back for 2026.
