Advanced New Golf Sprinkler Leads Toro Exhibit
New ProCore aerators, Toro Protection Plus and Operating Lease make BTME debuts
Toro says the new DT (Dual Trajectory) Series golf sprinkler it is launching at BTME is the most advanced, durable and flexible irrigation sprinkler of its type. This latest range incorporates many proven features from the company’s best-selling 800 Series. These include a special feature called ‘selectable trajectory’, which makes it very simple for users to adjust the trajectory of the main nozzle to either 15 or 25 degrees to better withstand wind or avoid obstacles.

The new Toro DT (Dual Trajectory) Series golf sprinklers are a durable, flexible and cost-effective solution to course irrigation
DT Series sprinklers come in two types – full-circle only, and full- and part-circle. This gives users the option of a more cost-effective full-circle only sprinkler for, say, fairway irrigation, where part-circle capability is not needed. Therefore the full-circle version can be used to meet all irrigation requirements for maximum convenience, efficiency and long-term cost of ownership.
Meanwhile, on the turf equipment side, the company will be giving a BTME debut to Toro Protection Plus (TPP). This is new plan which, says the manufacturer, provides machinery customers with the industry’s most comprehensive protection against unexpected and unwanted repair bills. It also benefits them through providing the means for tight control of budgets and ensuring equipment stays in peak condition.
Visitors can also get details about distributor Lely UK’s new Operating Lease arrangement for Toro machinery. Lely says this plan benefits customers seeking total control over their funds as it enables budgets to be forecast to the penny over several years.
Also on show will be the Reelmaster 6000 series fairway mowers that can now be fitted as standard with Toro’s innovative DPA cutting units. These allow quick, precise adjustment of the bedknife from both sides, resulting in a cleaner, more consistent cut and healthier turf.
Additionally Toro will be exhibiting the latest additions to its innovative range of aeration machinery – the new tractor-mounted ProCore 864 and 1298. The company has combined proven coring head technology, from its acclaimed ProCore 648 pedestrian greens aerator, with an improved platform to produce two highly advanced, productive aerators that are exceptionally quiet and smooth in operation.
