Giving Mowers A Wide Berth For Five Years
Rolawn and Turfmech have settled their dispute over the Intellectual Rights of Maximow wide area mowers out of court.
Respective mds Paul Dawson and Austin Jarrett came to an agreement to avoid the escalating costs of taking the matter to the Appeal Court last month.As part of the joint agreement, Turfmech will be keeping out of the wide area mower market for a period of five years.
