Prestigious awards for Polaris dealer

Prestigious awards for Polaris dealer

9 Dec 2016

Polaris authorised dealer Congleton Garden Machinery is the winner of two prestigious awards. At the recent Service Dealer Conference Awards ceremony the Cheshire based company took the award for ATV/Quad Dealer of the Year, with Polaris dealer Stratton ATV of Perth also a finalist.

Both dealers are cited for exemplary customer service to a wide and diverse customer base.

“Everyone at Polaris is delighted for both these dealers being selected in the Service Dealer Awards,” says Jim Clarke, Country Manager for Polaris, “and we’re exceptionally pleased for the Polaris dealer network to be recognised through their contribution and for their high levels of service. It’s a true reflection of what all our dealers are striving for.”

Congleton Garden Machinery has grown substantially over the years since opening in 1989 and offers full servicing, repair and spares facilities for all the machines they sell, alongside new and used machinery sales and online store. The business operates out of a showroom and 14,000ft² warehouse and is also the winner of Cheshire’s Silk FM106.9 award in recognition of quality customer service.

Runners-up Stratton ATV are commended for their business development, their understanding of multiple markets and tailoring solutions to suit.
