PSD announce launch of Wood Series Chipper

14 Sep 2017

PSD Groundscare, the leading distributor of AS Motor, Eliet, Koppl and TS Industrie professional groundscare machinery, are pleased to announce the upcoming launch of the new WS/16-35D chipper from innovative manufacturer TS Industrie.

TS Industrie completes its wood chippers range with the arrival of the new WS/16-35D which will be launched in the UK at this years Confor Woodland Show on 7th & 8th September. The launch of this new Chipper demonstrates TS Industrie’s determination to be a major player in this market segment and re-acting on customer feedback.

Stéphane Courtois, TS Industrie Sales & Marketing Director explains: “In the wood chipper family, we have recently added two new products: an entry-level and a mid-range model, so that every professional, like a landscaper, a tree surgeon or a council/city, is able to find the equipment that suits their budget and requirements. We offer a complete range of capabilities from 12 to 23 cm diameter. The new models have been developed to suit the image of the WS range – simple, efficient and resistant”.

Equipped with a No Stress system, two feed rollers to facilitate the entry of the branches, electric controls, a 270 ° rotating chimney and a folding hopper for easy transport, the Wood Series range brings novelties developed to increase user comfort.

The powerful, WS/ 16-35D, although less than 750 kg, chips branches with a diameter of 16 cm with its KUBOTA 35hp diesel engine, as does its turntable model, the WS/16 -35DT.

To simplify life for landscaping professionals, TS Industrie has developed a wide range of sub 750 kg machines, so that an end-user can tow this machine with a simple Category B driving license.

Stuart Mercer, Sales Director of PSD Groundscare said:

“The introduction of the WS/ 16-35D now ensures TS Industrie have a robust, reliable and efficient solution for almost any arborist requirement and compliments the existing range perfectly. I have already had a number of customers show interest in the expanding range and look forward to demonstrating the outstanding capabilities of the machines”.
