Punctus Greens is an electronic diary and office manager. It helps greenkeepers to keep up with their office work in a surprisingly simple way. Five to ten minutes are enough for daily inputs. Planning
The timeframe for maintenance planning is greatly reduced by using previous year’s reports. I just have to print and revise the overviews, e.g. a summary of last year’s maintenance. What did we do, how did it work, what should we change or keep doing?

Communicating and Reporting
Maintenance reports give an overview where time and effort were spent. Besides the obvious course preparation a significant amount of “miscellaneous” work is carried out by the greens staff. As an example the cleaning and refilling of three drinking water tanks on the fairways can cost as much as 200 man-hours per season, i.e. more than one man-month. Using Punctus Greens it becomes easy and cost-effective to identify areas of concern and to prepare decisions accordingly.
