Rootzone Harmony
Distributor of the VertiDrain in the UK Charterhouse has launched a new division specialising in improving the composition of sportsturf soil. Called Soil Harmony, it will usebiodynamic materials to invigorate rootzones in conjunction with the use of the widely used aerators. Headed up by agronomist Mark Atkins (right, with md Philip Threadgold at BTME) the division offers golf courses and sports grounds a free soil health check. One of its first materials treats fairy rings. Called Orbis, it comes with a money-back guarantee.
