Sportsmark launch new and improved website

Sportsmark launch new and improved website

27 May 2016

Sportsmark Group Limited, the line marking, bowls, and sports equipment specialist, and publisher of the ‘little green book’, have launched their new website.

Sportsmark’s MD, Mike Pocklington said: ‘The first thing I did when I bought Sportsmark 11 years ago was to set up a new website. That website, whilst very functional, started to look a little tired and dated. It was also not mobile device user friendly, which is extremely important in this day and age.

“The new website is fully functional now and we can take orders on-line, but we do not take credit card payments on-line. We like to ring our customers to ensure that they have ordered the correct item, and then to take the credit card details.”

He added: “We have already seen an increase in traffic, which is great.”

The new website showcases Sportsmark’s products and services. Sportsmark don’t just sell sports equipment, they also specialise in installations and re-furbishments of bowling greens; throwing cages; jumping run-ups and pits; cricket wickets and cages; and a full sports hall fit-out.

Sportsmark also offer groundsman’s equipment, car park safety products and artificial grass.  They provide a line marking service for sports pitches, roads and car parks, on all surfaces with paint and thermoplastic.
