We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our UK sales team covering Scotland and Ireland.
You will support our sales growth by attracting and on-boarding new customers of our line marking robot for sport fields. You will arrange and facilitate demonstrations for our target group and ultimately you will close sales with sports clubs, contractors, educational institutes, local authorities. and other key customer segments.
We will train and teach you everything about our robot until you master it. This is a full-time job, and you should expect to spend some hours on the road. When you are not on the road, doing demonstrations, or representing Turf Tank at other events, you will be working from home where you will follow up on your sales activities and plan your next demonstration tour.

What you’ll do
- Sales strategy
Together with the Turf Tank sales management team you will develop and execute our rollout plan for the Scottish and Irish markets.
- Sales activities
We will help you identify potential customers. You will establish the contact, organise and facilitate product demonstrations and ultimately win the deal. You will also take part in various trade shows, exhibitions, and other events where you will be representing Turf Tank UK.
- Customer support
You will be responsible for the full sales cycle including installation and customer training of the Turf Tank One robot, and after sales support.
Who you are
- Experienced with passion for sports
You have preferably one year of previous B2B experience. Even better if you have experience from the sports industry, and a network of contacts.
- Organised and self-disciplined
It is important that you can manage your own time and schedule your activities.
- Negotiator with solid communications skills
Your communication can convince minds and close deals. You can create and deliver presentations tailored to different profiles. Most importantly – you can build professional relationships with your partners.
- Technologically experienced
Tech savvy with the capacity to communicate technical/complex information both verbally and in writing, and familiar with CRM systems (Hubspot preferably), and Office.
- Spirited:
You will have support from the rest of the UK team and our headquarters in Denmark, although succeeding in this position requires you to have a lot of spirit and drive. You don’t give up easily and you are ready to make an impact and go the extra mile.
