Walton Heath Golf Club has recently re-signed its five-year Toro exclusivity deal.

The prestigious Surrey course uses a fleet of Toro mowers to keep its two Championship courses – which have hosted nearly 90 major championships and events, including five European Opens, the Ryder Cup and last year’s US Open qualifier – in prime condition.

“We rely very heavily on our fleet of Greensmaster 3250-D mowers,” comments the club’s course manager, Ian McMillan. “The 3250-Ds continue to be excellent machines and great value for money. We also use Toro fairway mowers and three HydroJect aerators in the summer.”

Having used Toro kit for the last 30 years, Ian says he’s delighted to extend the club’s agreement with Toro and local dealer John Shaw Machinery. “I’ve used Toro machinery at most of the clubs I’ve been at, including Finchley, Hankley Common and Queenwood Golf Clubs. I stick with it because its products are the best.”
