Importer DMMP Limited, based in Peckleton in Leicestershire, has appointed Jacques Shelton as Business Development Manager to oversee the development of its expanding and successful product range.  Jacques will be working with spreaders, sprayers, power equipment, outdoor furniture and winter tools embracing the brands Earthway Ev-N-Spred, Chapin, Magnum Spreaders, Yo-Ho Quality Tools, Poly-wood and Maruyama.

An individual who values being able to offer customers a quality product with a service to match, Jacques’ role will be to build a relationship with existing and potential customers who want to get a ‘better than average’ service alongside excellent value for money. Jacques will be establishing new contacts and making the DMMP range of world-class products known to them to their advantage. Jacques was previously a business development manager in the outdoor events industry.

Jacques explains why he was keen to join DMMP: “I enjoy working directly with the customer in a role where you can get instant feedback and hear you are doing the right thing. DMMP has an excellent range of superb quality professional equipment, and a great team of people who pride themselves on giving the best service. I was thrilled to be offered the position.”  

Jacques is keen to build a relationship with any business or organisation irrespective of their size: “Whether someone needs a product now or in a year’s time, I would like to help them find the best solution so I am ready to help them when they need me.”
