Kubota Geared Up For 35th Anniversary Celebrations
Tractor and groundcare specialists Kubota is busy preparing for the eagerly anticipated BTME Harrogate show (21-23 January) where it will kick off celebrations for its 35th anniversary in the UK market.
Visitors to Kubota’s stand will be able to see first hand its extensive range of solutions for the groundcare market, including its popular fleet of turfcare and RTV’s. Some of Kubota’s leading compact tractors will be on display, including the B3030, BX2350 and STV40, alongside the mid-range L4240.
A selection of ride-on and walk-behind mowers, the W821 Pro, W821R Pro, and the F3680 from Kubota’s out-front series will be present. Visitors will also have the chance to view some of the machines from its fleet of utility vehicles (UTVs), the RTV500 and RTV900.
Dave Roberts, Kubota UK Managing Director comments: “2014 is set to be an exciting year for Kubota. We’ve reached an important stage in our history and it’s great to be able to share our success with the industry at Harrogate.
“The past 12-months have been a year of growth and development for us; improving on existing models, whilst also bringing to market new and exciting products like our range of petrol-driven RTVs.”
The booming UTV market is one Kubota has taken full advantage of, and visitors keen to run the rule over the leading machines on the market will have the chance to view Kubota’s best selling model, the RTV900, which since it’s launch, has stood out as one of the leading players in the market.
Featuring Kubota’s innovative variable HST transmission and dynamic engine braking, the RTV900 continues to be a favourite for those looking for a rugged and robust piece of kit.
Visitors can also see one of Kubota’s new breed of petrol driven UTVs, the RTV500, which boasts a range of modern features, including an electronic fuel injection (EFI) system that not only provides on-demand power and helps optimise acceleration, but also improves the machine’s responsiveness.
The B30 series compact tractor is another stalwart of the Kubota range. Popular for its versatility and high power output, the B30 features a hydraulic independent PTO system and fully hydrostatic power steering while also being the most powerful in the fleet, boasting a 30HP engine and HSP transmission.
Kubota’s STV Series will also take its place on the stand; a popular model in the groundcare market and the only compact in its class that packs enough punch to outperform tractors twice its size, thanks to its 40 HP engine. Complete with a 4-cycle 3 Cylinder ETVCS water-cooled diesel engine, HST transmission, Bi-speed turn and twin wet-type disc brakes, the STV40 will likely draw the crowds once again in 2014.
