Reform Metrac H7X Tractor Boosts Contractor’s Fleet

5 Apr 2013

Simon Richard Ltd, the UK agent for the Reform tractor and Muthing flail ranges, continue to report increasing demand for their products. The latest deal is the supply, through their local Reform dealer A J & R Scambler, to professional contractors P & R Plant, of a Metrac H7X, 70 hp hydrostatic drive bank tractor.

Ed Scrambler (right) hands over to Paddy Plaice.

Commenting on the agreement for P & R Plant, Paddy Plaice said: ”We undertake a lot of Environment Agency contract work involving grass cutting on banks, weed control and bank topping. Adding the Reform Metrac H7X to our equipment fleet will both contribute to improving operator health & safety issues and also give us a multi-functional machine for a wider range of other work”

Ed Scambler for A J & R Scambler added: “P & R Plant had previously used a competitor machine but following a recent trip to the Reform factory they purchased the Reform H7X complete with Muthing flails to complement their fleet of weed boats and excavators, all used on environment agency contracts. They provide a safe environment for the operator, are extremely manoeuvrable and well-suited to working on the banks”

Simon Richard concluded: “The Metrac range, together with various deck options, offers the local authority and professional contractor user the ideal combination to enable the operator to work safely at angles of up to 45 degrees”
